What is the current status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. This way, you'll always be up to date on where your package is.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to track your shipment's current location and estimated delivery date.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, simply visit the following link, fill out the form, and print the return label. Package the items securely and return them to us. You'll receive a refund once we've inspected the return.
The buyer bears the costs of return.

Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible. If you need to change anything, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll try to find a solution before shipping.

How does my aluminum case change over time?
At Prezor, quality comes first.
Our suitcases are crafted from exquisite materials and are characterized by their exceptional robustness and durability. Reinforced with sturdy aluminum edges and a durable frame, they offer optimal protection for your travel essentials. Every scratch, every dent is more than just a sign of wear and tear—it's a piece of history that bears the traces of your experiences. Our luggage grows with you and, over time, becomes a unique companion that documents your travels in its own unique way.
Which suitcase size is best for me?
The ideal suitcase size depends on your trip and your needs. Here are a few recommendations:
- For short trips (1-3 days) or if you want to take your luggage as hand luggage, the Horizon Carry On S is perfect for you.
- For longer journeys or when you need more storage space, the Horizon Check-In L is the ideal choice – it offers generous space for longer trips.
Is it possible to get spare parts?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer spare parts for our suitcases.
Can I take my suitcase to Prezor for repair?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to perform any repairs on suitcases. We recommend contacting a professional repair shop if necessary.

How do I return my order?

Does Prezor also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll make sure your Prezor suitcase arrives safely and quickly.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. We offer express shipping within Germany, which usually takes 2-3 business days.
For international orders, delivery time is between 5 and 9 business days, depending on the destination country. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
Are there any additional duties or taxes?
For international orders outside of Europe, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for exact costs.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You can easily request a return using this link.
How does the return process work?
To initiate a return, simply visit the Returns page, fill out the cancellation policy, and print the return label. Securely package the items and return them to us.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or faulty.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund your purchase amount within 7-10 business days using the original payment method used.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. However, you can return an item and place a new order to receive the item you want.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, other than cosmetic defects, such as dents or scratches on the aluminum after travel, please contact us immediately. We will offer you either a refund or a free replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
Do you offer free returns?
We will cover the return shipping costs for returns due to defective or damaged products. Otherwise, the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
