PREZOR: 5-year warranty

Valid for orders placed on or after November 8, 2025.

A. Covered Products

This limited warranty applies to Prezor luggage purchased directly from Prezor. The luggage is intended for normal travel purposes (airplane, car, train, ship, or on foot). Use for purposes other than these is not covered.

B. Scope

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient. A valid proof of purchase is required. The warranty is non-transferable and not valid for commercial or rental use.

C. Scope of Warranty

Prezor guarantees freedom from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase, under normal use.

D. Covered & Uncovered Damages

Covered:

• Cracks or breaks in the shell
• Wheels, handles or telescopic handles that break off and are therefore no longer usable.

Not covered:

• Normal signs of wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, color changes)
• Replacement of intact individual parts in sets
• Used or refurbished goods
• Forgotten combination locks

In the event of a warranty claim, Prezor will decide at its sole discretion whether to repair or replace the product. Replacement products may vary in color. For limited edition or sold-out models, a product of equal or greater value will be provided.

E. Warranty Claim Procedure

To receive warranty service:

1. Send the luggage back to Prezor
2. Please enclose the proof of purchase.

Prezor will repair or replace luggage within 90 days of receipt. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Repaired or replaced goods retain the remaining original warranty period.

F. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prezor's liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Prezor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

G. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements, both parties first try to reach an amicable solution.

Prezor is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

H. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

If you are a consumer within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain in effect. You can file a lawsuit either in your country of residence or in Berlin.
